About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver ERP system enhancements across multiple modules.
- Lead process mapping, requirements gathering and gap analysis.
- Author clear, robust functional specifications and documentation.
- Collaborate with ERP partners to align business needs with system capability.
- Support end users through incident management and continuous improvement.
- Travel to UK sites as needed to work directly with operational teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within Manufacturing.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. IFS, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Workday, Salesforce).
- Understanding of Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement and Inventory processes.
- Experience working through full ERP implementation lifecycles.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
