About the role

- Supervise test analysts and manage workloads.
- Provide strategic direction for the test team.
- Engage in hands-on testing when necessary.
- Guide and mentor team members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of commercial Software Testing Experience.
- Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle with Agile, Waterfall, and mixed methodologies.
- Proficiency in Testing Management tools: Enterprise Test, Team Foundation Server, HPQC, Selenium, SOAPUI, Jenkins, Gherkin, and JIRA.
- Good working knowledge of relevant technologies and concepts, including Object-Oriented Design, Enterprise Database, AWS, Java or .Net experience, GIT, Web Services, CRM, and Utilities industry.
- Relevant Tertiary Education, ISTQB Foundation certification, and 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Specialized skills in Billing systems, CRM knowledge, Programming/Software Development, Test Automation, and Process Improvement.
