About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Isa with the day-to-day content production workflow and meeting publishing targets
- Transform videos into carousels, posts, clips, and other formats
- Adapt and repurpose existing content
- Write captions and supporting copy
- Organize and publish posts on the scheduled days and at the designated times
- Track metrics and identify what is performing well
- Suggest improvements based on data and post performance
- Research trends, topics, news, formats, and relevant conversations on social media
- Monitor niche communities and reference accounts to generate new ideas
- Support the creation and adaptation of content for Instagram and TikTok
- Use Artificial Intelligence for research, ideation, writing, adaptation, and production
- Provide occasional support with comment responses and interactions
- Attend recordings, campaigns, launches, and other activities in person when necessary
- Cover events, including producing Stories and developing the narrative
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience working in Social Media
- Ability to produce and adapt content for different formats
- Strong writing skills and excellent command of Portuguese
- Experience with Instagram and TikTok
- Ability to monitor basic content and social media metrics
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Genuine, consistent use of Artificial Intelligence in your work—not just occasionally
- Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and current topics
- Availability for in-person activities in Rio de Janeiro when necessary
- Previous experience working with experts, infoproduct creators, creators, or larger profiles will be a significant advantage
