About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the EMEA commercial strategy
  • Lead business development initiatives to identify and secure new markets
  • Drive commercial performance across direct sales, distributors, OEMs, and channel partners
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing strategy
  • Provide Voice of the Customer (VOC) and market intelligence
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team
  • Represent Gentex at executive customer engagements, exhibitions, and industry forums

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience selling technical or engineered products into industrial B2B markets
  • Proven ability to define and execute commercial strategy
  • Deliver profitable growth through complex sales cycles
  • Develop long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen

  • Experience leading high-performing teams
