About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning and execution of the company’s global tradeshow and event presence
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to develop and manage the global tradeshow and event strategy and calendar
  • Lead end-to-end execution of global tradeshows and events
  • Own the event experience, including booth engagement and customer interactions
  • Manage global event logistics and compliance
  • Support distributors and channel partners in executing local tradeshows and events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8–12 years of tradeshow or event management experience in a B2B and/or government (B2G) environment
  • defense industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing complex global logistics, exhibit builds, and multi-vendor environments
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience working with distributed/remote teams
