About the role

  • Active Prospecting (Hunter): Map and proactively approach new B2B clients and ongoing projects, securing Enerwatt's inclusion on strategic vendor lists.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct technical and commercial visits, understanding the client's engineering needs to offer tailored solutions in Electrical Panels and Infrastructure.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification through final negotiation and contract closing, ensuring constant follow-up.
  • Commercial Strategy: Define the proposal presentation strategy (price vs. value) based on costs provided by the estimating team, advocating the technical solution to decision-makers.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry fairs and events, expanding relationships and brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Civil).
  • Experience: Strong background in B2B technical sales, application engineering, or commercial representation in the industrial or infrastructure sectors.
  • Language: Technical English (intermediate reading and writing) for prospecting, negotiation, and interpreting tenders and international specifications.
  • Mobility: Full availability for domestic travel and an active CNH B driving license (Brazilian Category B).
  • Profile: We are looking for someone highly driven and results-oriented ("hungry for results"), articulate, resilient, and with non-negotiable ethical conduct.
