About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Hire the most talented architectural, design, and business operations team members
  • Deliver hiring results that align with the firm’s growth priorities and talent strategy
  • Design and implement standardized end-to-end recruiting workflows and processes (intake through offer)
  • Establish and execute clear expectations, timelines, and accountability across all stages of hiring
  • Define and implement service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Drive consistency and accountability across recruiting teams and business stakeholders
  • Successfully manage change initiatives within Talent Acquisition by introducing streamlined workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies and optimize processes to improve speed, quality, and experience
  • Develop frameworks to prioritize requisitions based on business needs and impact
  • Align recruiting capacity with hiring demand in partnership with HR and business leadership
  • Build visibility into pipeline health, requisition aging, and hiring velocity
  • Leverage recruiting tools (e.g., Avature, Tableau, SharePoint, Workday) to drive data-informed decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • strong understanding of Talent Operations and Talent Strategy
  • Experienced, results-driven recruiter focused on creative sourcing strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes and frameworks
  • experience successfully managing stakeholder adoption and accountability through periods of organizational change
  • experience working with recruiting systems and data tools (Avature, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms)
  • ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • excellent organizational and time-management skills
