Key responsibilities & impact

Support financial management of projects throughout the lifecycle
Partner with Project Managers and leadership on financial reporting
Review project contracts and maintain organized files
Prepare and process client invoices
Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on overdue invoices
Maintain accurate project data in accounting systems
Serve as financial liaison between teams
Participate in financial analysis and audits

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered
5+ years of experience in accounting or project accounting within a professional services firm
Strong understanding of contract-based billing and financial controls
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint preferred; experience with Coupa and Tableau a plus
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, collaborative problem-solver
Experience working with international projects preferred
