About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business priorities and commercial goals within designated segments.
  • Lead complex, integrated, multi-channel campaigns from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Translate corporate, commercial, and product strategies into marketing programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Independently manage campaign plans, budgets, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Commercial, Product Management, Scientific SMEs, Regional Marketing teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
  • Present campaign strategies, recommendations, and performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer segments, buying behaviours, decision-making processes, and market dynamics.
  • Map customer journeys and ensure marketing activities support customers at each stage of the buying process.
  • Partner with Product Management and Commercial teams to translate customer needs and technical capabilities into compelling value propositions, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Leverage market insights, customer feedback, and performance data to continuously refine strategy and positioning.
  • Develop content strategies that support demand generation, thought leadership, brand awareness, and customer engagement goals.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Commercial teams, and scientific SMEs to create customer-focused content across channels.
  • Ensure messaging consistency, brand alignment, and content relevance throughout the customer journey.
  • Champion ProBio's value proposition across campaigns, content, and customer touchpoints.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign, funnel, and engagement performance to optimise outcomes and maximise ROI.
  • Provide recommendations based on performance data, customer insights, and market trends.
  • Partner with digital marketing teams to continuously improve customer experience and demand generation effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years' experience in B2B marketing, campaign marketing, product marketing, or content marketing, preferably within life sciences, biotechnology, CDMO, or related industries.
  • Proven success leading complex, integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.
  • Strong strategic planning and project leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Demonstrated experience building customer journeys, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for technical or scientific products and services.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across commercial, product, scientific, and leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to optimise marketing performance.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience working with scientific subject matter experts and within a regulated industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced scientific qualification is a plus.
