About the role

  • Own the end-to-end OTC Collections process independently
  • Manage the OTC Collections portfolio and maintain strong customer relations & business acumen
  • Independently manage assigned targets for calls & aged AR collections
  • Prepare MIS/SLA Reporting - Monthly / Weekly / Daily and dashboards
  • Actively manage business continuity plans for the process
  • Prioritize team tasks to meet timeliness and accuracy standards
  • Continuously coach and develop team members: hire, assess, and document performance
  • Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload
  • Team management & negotiation; confirm escalation procedures are followed
  • Identify automation opportunities (QPA/RPA/GEN AI) and drive Value Share projects
  • Daily work allocation & day-end status reporting to stakeholders
  • Deliver required data for audit purposes and ensure accounting process controls
  • Drive continuous improvement in key operational metrics through Six Sigma methodologies
  • Participate in governance meetings at country/region level and collaborate across teams
  • Daily quality checks of volume processed by team and update 360 dashboard
  • Manage creation, update and review of SOPs and monitor training plans, backups and cross-training

Requirements

  • Full professional knowledge of French, min. C1
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
  • Analytically & Academically sound
  • Prior People Leader experience; excellent leadership skills
  • Demonstrated experience in resource management, team performance management, recruitment and training
  • Experience in OTC Collections domain
  • SAP experience mandatory
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to manage targets for calls & aged AR collections
  • MIS/SLA reporting and dashboard preparation experience
  • Experience with business continuity planning and escalation procedures
  • Problem-solving attitude and negotiation skills
  • Experience driving automation/efficiency (QPA/RPA/GEN AI opportunities)
  • Exposure to Six Sigma training preferred
  • High-Radius knowledge preferred
  • Prior voice experience preferred
  • Experience with international process transition preferred
  • Experience generating reports from SAP would be an added advantage
  • Experience creating, implementing & driving Structured Action Plans
