About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Assistant Manager oversees RTR delivery for assigned entities/regions
- Ensures compliance, drives efficiencies, manages a team, and partners with other finance and business functions
- Preparation and Manage team’s execution of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
- Review and approve financial statements for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with SOX/internal controls and accounting standards
- Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and auditors
- Lead month-end close governance meetings
- Drive automation and standardization initiatives
- Develop team capabilities and succession planning
- SLA/KPI adherence for RTR delivery
- Team engagement and performance
- Successful audits with minimal findings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Chartered Accountant/CPA/MBA Finance
- Relevant years RTR/Controllership experience, with people management
- Leadership and people development
- Strong accounting and compliance knowledge
- Process re-engineering and automation exposure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
