About the role
- Responsible for driving membership growth through agent and carrier partnerships
- Event participation and community outreach
- Ensuring agents/brokers across Florida have the information, tools, and training needed
- Builds a year-round sales and recruitment strategy
- Accountable for overseeing community presence and grassroots lead generation efforts
- Establish relationships with key partners within each market
- Responsible for training agents on products, services and offerings
- Manage local budget for events, enrollment materials, and promotional items
- Effectively communicate on plan offerings
- Work closely with sales operations for market analyses and sales tracking
- Ensure compliance with CMS, State and Federal guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Three (3)+ years of experience in Healthcare or Medicare; preferably in driving agent/broker relations
- Active Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain within first 90 days of employment
- Bilingual - Spanish / English Required
- Ability to quickly establish and maintain strong agent partner relationships
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to speak to ACA, Medicare, and Ancillary products
