About the role
- Implement Ironclad contract management software in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Initiate, negotiate, and sign contracts using Ironclad, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- Utilize Ironclad's data and analytics capabilities to monitor and analyze contract-related metrics and performance
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the deployment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate with stakeholders including legal teams, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth and timely deployment
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proper utilization and adoption of Ironclad
- Maintain accurate documentation of deployment activities, contracts, processes, and troubleshooting steps
Requirements
- Experience in deploying and managing legal/contract management software, specifically Ironclad
- In-depth understanding of SAAS solutions and contract management best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze data and derive insights for process improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex deployment projects, adhering to timelines and deliverables
- Experience using data and analytics capabilities of contract management systems
- Ability to provide training and support to end-users
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (preferred)
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills (preferred)
- Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent (Education Level specified)
