About the role

  • Responsible for leading our financial team (5 people) providing accurate and timely accounting and reporting
  • Prepare financial reports that compare actual results with planned budgets and forecasts
  • Develop, maintain and analyze management reports
  • Assist in maintaining the financial control framework
  • Act as a contact person for the customer's Finance Director

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent (PDB or relevant MBO+ accounting diploma)
  • Relevant experience in financial functions (GL, R2R)
  • Leading a small team
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Oracle Peoplesoft is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in both Dutch and English
