About the role

  • Create Opportunities directly into client application;
  • Communicate effectively with individuals and various teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely resolution;
  • Utilize standard procedures when dealing with problems and looking for solutions;
  • Prepare complete and accurate work/transactions including appropriate note accounts as required;
  • Maintain basic knowledge of products and services;

Requirements

  • Applicants must possess at least a high school diploma or GED
  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Proficient in English B2 – C1 (Read/Write/Speak)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally and through emails/calls with businesses
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders
