About the role

  • Receive and review the purchase requisitions in client systems
  • Liaison with business stakeholders to understand the business requirements and missing information.
  • Validate, review quote and supporting documentation attached in the purchase requisition.
  • Perform compliance check adherence to Preferred supplier list, contracts.
  • Create Purchase Orders in the relevant system.
  • Follow up for PO acknowledgement.
  • Create customized Reports around process performance, Service Levels.
  • Complete all process deliverables as per process Service Levels.
  • Support team lead in process Deliverables.

Requirements

  • Education: University Graduate
  • Specialized Knowledge: Relevant experience in procurement operations, PR to PO management
  • Skills: Good Verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch (min. B2)
  • Teamwork
  • Basic analytics
  • Systems and Tools: Beginner in MS Office
  • Knowledge of procurement platforms (SAP, Jaggaer)
  • Experience: Relevant year of prior work, preferably in Procurement or Sourcing
