About the role
- Support the service team by maintaining accurate records throughout the lifecycle of installed products.
- Keep the database updated by recording activities and resolving discrepancies.
- Work with data files to collect, standardize, compare, reconcile, and report data.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers, stakeholders, and sales engineers.
- Document any process changes and continuously improve procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplifications.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team leader.
Requirements
- University or Colleague degree.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experienced in customer support.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to solve problems creatively.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- SQL, Power BI
- Ability to work with remote teams.
