Clinical Business Executive
Genova DiagnosticsClinical Business Executive driving new business growth for Genova Diagnostics. Responsible for managing accounts and supporting healthcare practices with innovative diagnostic solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new business development and build a strong pipeline of prospective accounts
- Maintain and grow an annual book of upsell business by identifying expansion opportunities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Genova Diagnostics testing solutions
- Develop customer relationships through a hybrid coverage model
- Conduct regular outreach through face-to-face meetings, video calls, phone calls
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal Genova teams
- Use market data and sales analytics to prioritize targets and shape territory strategy
- Manage territory travel, scheduling, and logistics efficiently
- Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as needed
- Maintain accurate account activity and forecasting information in CRM tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Four or more years of sales or account management experience in healthcare
- Previous clinical laboratory or diagnostics sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven success managing a book of business and achieving growth targets
- Strong consultative selling, prospecting, and closing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including virtual presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
