Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Engaged with research or R&D teams inside pharma or biotech companies.
  • Interest in genetics or genomics, whether from academic background or professional experience.
  • Clear and enthusiastic communication when presenting to a mixed scientific and commercial audience.
  • Proactive, organised, and excited by the prospect of building something.
  • A degree in life sciences, business, or a related field is expected.
