About the role
- Develop and implement an operational plan that meets or exceeds sales targets
- Develop and execute a national engagement plan and facilitate product adoption
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing and commercial team
- Engage key stakeholders, including KOLs and HCPs
- Promote Genmab’s oncology portfolio with integrity and professionalism
Requirements
- Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing and sales
- Proven experience in both large pharmaceutical companies and smaller organizations
- Strong knowledge of the French healthcare system
- Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital engagement tools such as Veeva Engage
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work effectively with international teams
