About the role

  • Develop and implement an operational plan that meets or exceeds sales targets
  • Develop and execute a national engagement plan and facilitate product adoption
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing and commercial team

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing and sales
  • Proven experience in both large pharmaceutical companies and smaller organizations
  • Strong knowledge of the French healthcare system
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital engagement tools such as Veeva Engage
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work effectively with international teams
