About the role
- Build AI-driven tools, prototypes, and internal systems.
- Develop Python backends and APIs for AI-powered features.
- Work with LLMs, agents, and RAG pipelines.
- Prototype AI-assisted developer workflows.
- Experiment with new AI capabilities for intelligent contracts.
- Design small full-stack applications (backend + simple frontend).
- Use AI copilots and agents extensively in development.
- Collaborate closely with a small team to rapidly test and iterate on ideas.
Requirements
- Strong Python development.
- Experience building APIs or backend systems.
- Comfortable with modern full-stack development (React, Node, etc. is a plus).
- Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, or AI tooling.
- Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, RAG, or agents is a plus.
- Builder mentality -- you like shipping things.
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted coding tools.
- Curious and experimental.
- Able to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable working with uncertain or evolving specifications.
- Experience with crypto, blockchain, or smart contracts
- Experience with Docker, cloud infrastructure, or CI/CD
- Familiarity with data pipelines or document processing
