About the role
- Drive new commercial opportunities across the sportsbook and betting sectors in Latin America.
- Identify new prospects, understand their business challenges, and match Genius Sports’ products and services to deliver real value.
- Immerse yourself in the betting industry, stay on top of market developments, and represent Genius Sports with energy and credibility at conferences, meetings, and industry events nationwide.
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B consultative sales, with a strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding challenging revenue targets
- Existing experience in a similar role within the Betting industry or selling to Betting clients - strongly preferred
- Fluency in both Spanish & English languages
- Experience closing six-figure (or higher) deals in a related industry such as sports, technology, software, data, or media
- Demonstrated success selling bespoke solutions or complex products, rather than off-the-shelf offerings
- A driven, high-energy, and results-oriented mindset. You’re competitive, resilient, and motivated by winning
- Strong commercial creativity and deal-making skills, with the ability to structure and close complex partnerships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including confidence engaging with and presenting to C-suite executives
- Solid numerical, analytical, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working with like-minded, sports-obsessed colleagues
- A genuine interest in sports and a desire to be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company
- Willingness and ability to travel within Latin America, attend conferences and events, and meet customers face-to-face to close deals
