Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field (knowledge of towing and Roadside assistance)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Proficient in using computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Must have a functioning PC or laptop with updated operating system and headset.
