About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute KYC and KYP processes for clients, suppliers, business partners and other third parties.
Perform registration analyses, document validation and identification of beneficial owners.
Conduct integrity and reputational due diligence using public and private databases.
Assess risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing, corruption, fraud and sanctions.
Monitor existing clients and partners, identifying profile changes and risk events.
Prepare opinions, reports and recommendations based on the analyses performed.
Support onboarding and approval (homologation) processes for third parties.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure process and control compliance.
Contribute to the review and improvement of Compliance policies, procedures and controls.
Support internal and external audits and regulatory requests related to the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Law, Accounting, Economics, International Relations or related fields.
Prior experience in Compliance, KYC, KYP, Due Diligence, AML/CFT or Risk Management.
Knowledge of Compliance practices and third‑party identification and assessment processes.
Familiarity with screenings against sanctions lists, negative media searches and integrity databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Analytical skills, attention to detail and strong written communication.
