About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to VP-level executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, reserving venues, setting up video/conference calls, and taking minutes as needed.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and accommodation for executives, ensuring all trips are well-planned and executed smoothly.
  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events, including logistics, vendor management, and coordination of attendees.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents to support executive needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives and employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Manage and submit expense reports, ensuring timely reimbursement and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist with special projects, providing research, coordination, and support as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder of any 4-year course
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with other business tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Asana
