About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost performance, efficiency metrics, and service levels
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI)
  • Provide actionable insights to improve operational and financial performance
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on product pricing strategies, ensuring acceptable margin levels while managing market volatility
  • Track and analyze key financial metrics such as purchase price, inventory volumes, quote conversion rate, selling price, cost of goods sold (COGS), and gross margins
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in collaboration with PLM and Finance teams
  • Identify cost-optimization opportunities and efficiency gains
  • Develop, maintain, and improve KPI frameworks across operations
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (e.g., CRM, ERP/F&O)
  • Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency
  • Support management reporting and performance dashboards
  • Map existing processes and identify inefficiencies or gaps
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs
  • Support automation and workflow optimization initiatives
  • Contribute to cross-functional transformation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in operations analysis, finance, or business analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI Co-Pilot, Claude, or similar tools is a plus
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
