About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost performance, efficiency metrics, and service levels
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI)
- Provide actionable insights to improve operational and financial performance
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on product pricing strategies, ensuring acceptable margin levels while managing market volatility
- Track and analyze key financial metrics such as purchase price, inventory volumes, quote conversion rate, selling price, cost of goods sold (COGS), and gross margins
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in collaboration with PLM and Finance teams
- Identify cost-optimization opportunities and efficiency gains
- Develop, maintain, and improve KPI frameworks across operations
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (e.g., CRM, ERP/F&O)
- Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency
- Support management reporting and performance dashboards
- Map existing processes and identify inefficiencies or gaps
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs
- Support automation and workflow optimization initiatives
- Contribute to cross-functional transformation initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations analysis, finance, or business analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI Co-Pilot, Claude, or similar tools is a plus
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
