About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle (hiring, internal mobility, contract amendments, contract terminations), in strict compliance with local legislation.
  • Oversee daily administrative management of employees across the EMEA scope with a high level of rigor, while providing an accessible, human and high-quality service.
  • Create, maintain and ensure the reliability of employee records in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365); guarantee accuracy, consistency and traceability of data.
  • Organize and coordinate the onboarding journey in coordination with HR teams and managers to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Manage procedures related to residence permits and work authorizations (preparing application packages, support letters for visas and work permits, liaison with authorities).
  • Design, update and analyze dashboards and key metrics (headcount, KPIs, compliance…) to support decision-making.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional HR projects and be proactive in proposing improvements (harmonizing practices, continuous process improvement, digitalization).
  • Contribute actively to employee retention by embodying a visible, proactive, reliable and warm HR presence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an international environment covering multiple countries and legal frameworks, in a similar or equivalent role.
  • Excellent knowledge of standards, practices and legal obligations related to employee administration and benefits across the EMEA region.
  • Strong experience with immigration processes (preparing application packages, support letters for visas and work permits, liaison with authorities).
  • In-depth knowledge of EMEA employment law and its operational implications.
  • Ability to work with a high level of autonomy, prioritize tasks, manage complex issues and propose concrete solutions.
  • Capacity to propose innovative, pragmatic, and user-oriented approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ease of communication, service mindset, ability to build lasting relationships of trust and to operate in multicultural environments.
  • Travel expected across our various offices (France (Paris and Orléans), United Kingdom, Spain, Dubai…).
