About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose and resolve complex issues and service outages through remote support and other software tools
- Conceptualize and communicate ideas clearly and concisely
- Resolve issues in accordance with established processes
- Collaborate with other specialists and software support engineers
- Contribute to the evolution of our software and support processes
- Participate in the development of technical documentation and knowledge-base articles
- Ability to work in a dynamic, innovative environment on a rapidly evolving product
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of electrical schematics and wiring
- Flexible schedule, able to multitask and manage priorities
- Strong sense of urgency and a thirst for knowledge
- Desire for continuous learning and to grow alongside the software
- Willingness to travel to customer sites on short notice when required
- Strong team spirit while maintaining the autonomy to manage one’s own workload and tasks
- Creative thinking — original solutions — to address technical challenges faced by the team
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken (this role requires interaction with our international colleagues and clients)
