About the role
- Analyze existing Genetec proprietary systems and technologies
- Assess performance of Genetec proprietary systems and technologies
- Perform software solution system analysis on Genetec proprietary systems and technologies
- Provide guidance and support to establish and confirm business needs and objectives
- Confirm systems requirements of various Genetec proprietary systems and technologies
- Diagnose problems and issues with Genetec proprietary systems and technologies
- Analyze information management problems and cost-benefit issues; troubleshoot systems
- Provide technical input regarding new system upgrades and assist testing of new feature upgrades
- Provide implementation advice to align upgrades with business needs and collaborate with developers for customizations
- Assess security risks after system upgrades and assign appropriate security privileges in collaboration with system administrators
Requirements
- Must have four (4) years of analyst experience
- Four (4) years experience in each of the following: Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce, and Retail business process
- Four (4) years experience in ERP implementation or upgrade
- Four (4) years experience with business processes analysis and efficiency improvement mainly in the Retail industry
- Four (4) years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) or F&O, SAP or other
- Four (4) years experience in Use Case and Business Process mapping (UML & BPMN2.0)
- Willingness to travel approximately 5%
