About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing events supporting pipeline generation and engagement goals
  • Execute event strategies aligned with go-to-market priorities and regional marketing plans
  • Coordinate with sales, field marketing, and campaign teams for aligned messaging and seamless event delivery
  • Support conference and trade show programs from planning through post-event analysis
  • Manage vendor relationships and event logistics within budget
  • Track and analyze event performance, engagement metrics, and ROI
  • Improve future program effectiveness using event performance insights
  • Oversee timelines and operational execution across multiple events
  • Contribute to attendee experiences that enhance brand perception and customer engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in event marketing or event management within a B2B environment
  • Working knowledge of conference and trade show execution, logistics coordination, and vendor management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Experience supporting event performance tracking, engagement metrics, and ROI analysis
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, or similar marketing and project management tools
  • Experience supporting both in-person and virtual events preferred
  • Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns or demand generation programs preferred
  • Basic experience with vendor coordination and contract processes preferred
  • Willingness to travel and support events onsite as needed preferred
