About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end to end processing of service orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across the full order lifecycle.
  • Drive revenue integrity by validating quotes, contracts, and supporting documentation prior to order booking and billing.
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to align on order requirements, resolve dependencies, and accelerate deal execution.
  • Ensure billing transactions are completed within strict close timelines, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting accuracy.
  • Resolve complex billing discrepancies and invoice inquiries by collaborating with Receivables Management and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate system records and documentation to support audit readiness and operational transparency.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance scalability, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.
  • Support high volume periods by prioritizing workload effectively and ensuring continuity during critical financial close cycles.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 or more years of experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, or operational finance within technology environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, required due to collaboration and reporting with international stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of order to cash processes and financial controls.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volume workloads with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across global, cross functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
