About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Driving revenue growth by selling Genesys CcaaS solutions to both existing and new customers within the Western India region.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at existing customer accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Genesys CcaaS solutions to expand our footprint within existing clients.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer challenges and requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering/Technology) and/or Business Administration, Sales, Marketing.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling complex software solutions.
  • Experience selling AI driven CcaaS, contact center solutions, is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the Western India market and a strong understanding of the local business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
