Key responsibilities & impact

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with a focus on cloud services and SaaS agreements
Knowledge of and engagement with data privacy, data security-related issues and artificial intelligence.
Prepare standard templates for recurring commercial transactions and to address new business models or legal and business requirements.
Collaborate with cross functional teams such as business/sales, Data Privacy, Security, Product Counsel, and finance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree from an accredited law school and have passed a bar exam in any US State or Territory
2+ years relevant experience preferably gained from an in-house role.
Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions with confidence and sound judgment.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high standards for integrity, execution, and collaboration.
