About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the one building AI-powered experiences where they matter most.
- Create better customer experiences through AI-powered experience orchestration.
- Help organizations deliver more personalized service, improve operational efficiency and build stronger customer relationships.
- Act as a consultative sales professional.
- Take ownership for dedicated key accounts (5-10 accounts).
- Position the full Genesys solution portfolio, develop and manage a sales pipeline.
- Secure net-new business and drive revenue growth in a defined key account setup.
- Collaborate with other Account Executives as well as a Sales Leader & Coach.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, business, Business Administration, Marketing or similar education
- More than 10 years professional sales experience – ideally Key Account Management and Hunting
- Verticalized Experience in the ecosystem of Automotive and/or Travel / Logistics
- Enthusiasm for customer service and customer experience management
- Maximum demands on the quality of your work as well as a high degree of sales and customer orientation
- Strong relationship into the AWS, Salesforce and ServiceNow network and organization
- Committed, proactive, team-oriented and stress-tested
- Self-assured appearance and pronounced presentation skills
- Very good rhetorical skills and communication strength
- Fluent in English
- Strong success orientation
- Willingness to travel frequently.
