  • Lead a globally distributed organization of AI Sales Specialists and regional leaders, operating in a coordinated “two-in-a-box” model with AI Architects.

  • Help scale repeatable approaches that move customers from initial concept through prototype, pilot, and full production.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, with exposure to AI, customer experience, or related technologies
  • Proven track record of leading global, matrixed sales organizations and delivering against large-scale revenue targets
  • Experience leading leaders across multiple regions or global teams
  • Demonstrated success in complex, consultative, and solution-based sales environments
  • Strong understanding of AI market dynamics, enterprise use cases, and value-based selling approaches
  • Experience partnering with technical stakeholders such as architects or solution consultants in complex sales cycles
  • Ability to operate across strategic, operational, and execution-focused responsibilities
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success.
