Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrate significant experience in Talent Development, Learning Technology, HR Technology, Talent Management, Workforce Capability, AI enablement, or related transformation roles
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of learning platforms, talent technologies, and the broader HR technology ecosystem
  • Apply a clear understanding of how AI influences workforce capability, learning, and employee experience
  • Lead implementation, optimization, and governance of enterprise learning or talent platforms
  • Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities and translate emerging technologies into business-relevant use cases
  • Build and manage vendor partnerships to deliver scalable, high-value solutions
  • Guide strategic platform investment decisions, including prioritization, rationalization, and value assessment
  • Collaborate effectively across HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and business leadership
  • Drive execution through governance, roadmap development, and change adoption
  • Use data and analytics to inform strategy, support decision-making, and demonstrate measurable impact
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and influence diverse stakeholders
