About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in net new business from prospects in the Healthcare industry, in addition to managing existing customers.
  • Create and nurture strategic relationships with some of the largest companies.
  • Bring innovative solutions to clients.
  • Own and develop your territory.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Adjacent Cx Industry Experience or Healthcare Sales Experience (both preferred but not required)
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles with a record of accurately forecasting and closing large deals ($100k-$500k ACV) including multiple stakeholders, geographies, and departments.
  • Experience understanding customer needs and creating solutions using our products to solve their biggest challenges.
  • Experience communicating, negotiating, and closing with customer executives and stakeholders.
  • Experience building pipeline at or above 3X quota and capturing new business logos.
  • 5+ years of sales success selling into healthcare industry and related accounts.
  • Experience leading complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
  • Experience using MEDDPICC or similar deal qualification framework a plus.
  • BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
