Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales objectives with overall business goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of proven success mentoring and coaching
Experience closing complex deals that are at least $300k or greater (including multiple stakeholders, geographies, multiple departments).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use sales data to drive decision-making.
Ability to interpret and penetrate market through a multi-pronged and multi-routed sales approach
Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
30-40% travel required
