Implement secure coding practices and contribute to compliance initiatives that protect customer data and platform integrity
Partner with cross functional stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business goals, customer experience, and growth strategy

Requirements

5 or more years of professional experience in full stack web development and engineering
Current authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front end development practices
Solid experience in back end development using PHP, Node.js, or similar technologies
Proven experience working with CMS driven architectures, with strong preference for WordPress
Demonstrated experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of MySQL database design, optimization, and security
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, or enterprise hosting environments
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release automation
Demonstrated expertise in performance optimization, caching strategies, CDNs, and scalable web architectures
Strong understanding of web security, accessibility standards, and regulatory compliance
