About the role
- Provide operational and analytical support to HR Business Partners across North America.
- Develop and facilitate HR-specific training to strengthen technical and relational capabilities within HRBP teams.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and HR processes such as performance management and job requisition workflows.
- Maintain and audit HRIS database records and employee files to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Generate, analyze, and interpret HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Support HR and cross-functional partners with activities related to Inclusion.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations in the United States.
- Partner with HR leadership and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support alignment of HR practices and regional/global priorities.
- Provide feedback and insights that contribute to ongoing HR process and tool improvements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reporting).
- Experience working with HRIS systems.
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of labor relations, learning systems (e.g., Articulate), or HR analytics tools is a plus.
