About the role

  • You will work with a team, supporting the people strategies for the North America Sales function to enhance our ability to attract, retain and engage talent.
  • This is a critical role, with a focus on driving end-to-end people strategies.
  • In this role, you will partner with and support leaders within the Sales organization in North America.
  • You will work closely with the team as they transform, grow, and evolve and scale.
  • You will work directly and hands-on to execute workforce strategies, ensuring engagement, all while navigating scale for an agile and quickly evolving company.
  • You will work in a highly matrixed environment including the global COE teams within HR to implement business strategy for recruiting, talent programs, employee engagement, and much more!

Requirements

  • You should have a degree. But we value experience more. A lot of it.
  • You will need at least 8-12 years of relevant experience.
  • You must be an expert communicator, collaborator, influencer and be committed to supporting business stakeholders and their goals.
  • Hands on HRBP experience in a global organization supporting go to market functions.
  • Strong leadership knowledge and ability to be a thoughtful partner in guiding and supporting leaders and front-line managers in their leadership career journey.
  • Ability to think conceptually and problem solve, understanding the impact and outcomes of actions and decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of Performance Management and ability to support leaders and front-line managers in building a high-performance culture and workforce.
  • Experience implementing programs, leading change or transformation.
  • Advanced analytical skills, mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, and HR information systems.
  • Experience with a fast-paced, agile and accountable organization.
  • Ability to travel to key Genesys offices as needed.
  • Prior public company experience is a plus.
