About the role

  • Take ownership of the UA team (both web and mobile)
  • Establish and optimize media-buying processes across the main channels (primary: Meta & Google)
  • Develop and upskill the web/social team
  • Automate teamwork through in-house and third-party solutions
  • Manage marketing budgets of $1M+ to ensure cost-effective allocation and ROI

Requirements

  • UAM Experience, preferably in subscriptional B2C products
  • High Budget Management: Experience managing over $1 million in monthly ad spend
  • Hands-on Channels: Direct, hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
  • Data Tools: Skilled in using Google Sheets, Tableau, and Amplitude for data analysis
  • User Focus: Strong marketing mindset and deep knowledge of user psychology (what makes users click and convert)
  • English: English level Upper-Intermediate (B2)+
