• Defines the vision for our products in North America, shapes regional strategy in alignment with global goals, and ensures the product roadmap reflects both client needs and market trends.
• Engages directly with senior sponsors, business leaders, and technical stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Builds deep understanding of the regional market, client base, and regulatory environment.
• Anticipates and mitigates risks for our North American clients, escalating blockers to the right stakeholders.
• Partners with technology and operations teams to ensure regional product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered.
• Ensures products meet regional client expectations with a focus on reliability, regulatory compliance, and long-term client satisfaction.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline internal processes, improve delivery outcomes, and drive innovation.
