About the role

  • Recruit, train, and manage remote Customer Service Representatives supporting national brands
  • Handle inbound customer interactions using provided systems
  • Resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Complete multi-step onboarding and client certification before servicing

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • U.S. resident (excluding residents of CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing ability
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet performance standards
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
  • Spanish language skills are a bonus
