About the role
- Driving clarity by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements that translate seamlessly into functional and technical specifications
- Creating process documentation, functional specs, workflows, diagrams, and other artifacts that guide system design and development
- Ensuring solution quality through partnership with QA teams, confirming acceptance criteria, and coordinating UAT activities
- Supporting alignment by acting as a liaison between the business, QA, partners, and solution architects
- Contributing to readiness and adoption by creating or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and delivering training or retraining to end users
- Facilitating effective discovery sessions, interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering activities across diverse stakeholder groups
- Evaluating feasibility of business requests and assessing impacts, risks, dependencies, and required effort
- Ensuring documentation completeness, accuracy, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting business stakeholders with quality checks, validation activities, and go-live preparation
- Providing clear communication of requirement changes, updates, and impacts to project managers, sponsors, and cross-functional teams
- Sharing system, process, and requirement knowledge with project teams to enable informed decision-making
- Collaborating with project sponsors to help shape initiative vision, scope, and planned outcomes
- Supporting ongoing process improvement by analyzing current workflows and identifying opportunities for optimization
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related business/technology role
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, functional documentation, and process modeling
- Skilled in developing functional specifications, workflows, and use cases
- Experience coordinating or supporting QA and UAT activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication, facilitation, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal direct supervision
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environments
- Experience with feasibility assessments, business SOP creation, and system knowledge sharing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, workflow modeling tools, and documentation platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field preferred
