About the role
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide operational reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
- Determine specific drivers of business performance
- Partner with operational heads to present and explain financial implications
- Conduct trend analysis and leverage insights during planning
- Produce monthly actuals-to-forecast variance analysis
- Provide periodic, ongoing profitability reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- 4+ years of experience in financial modeling and reporting preferred; CPA a plus
- Multi-divisional operating company experience is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, particularly PeopleSoft (a plus but not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
