About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary relationship contact for global remote employer partners across Pan-Africa
Manage effective Digital Talent Hub employer onboarding
Conduct regular project management meetings, check-ins, and performance reviews
Monitor project performance, retention, and satisfaction
Maintain CRM records and documentation of employer interactions
Track employer engagement, hiring outcomes, and performance data
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery with internal talent and alumni management, marketing, operations, business development systems, and administration teams
Provide weekly and monthly reports to program leadership
Support program insights, alumni activities, and feedback loops
Identify opportunities to expand services or introduce new client solutions
Address client concerns, troubleshoot problems, and ensure client satisfaction
Track project budgets, timelines, and resources for efficient delivery and profitability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Effective account management, partnership management, talent placement, or HR/recruitment experience
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business relationships
Ability to manage multiple employers and priorities
Experience in the African tech or talent ecosystem is a plus
High level of initiative, professionalism, and empathy
Ability to manage conflicts and escalate issues appropriately
Deep understanding of Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Customer Support, Sales, or Web Development
Relationship management competency
Communication and presentation skills
