About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement an integrated BD tech stack, connecting tools such as Topo/Outreach, Clay, Salesforce, VOIP systems, and AI note-takers.
Build workflows that connect lead generation, outreach, meeting insights, and account management into one cohesive system.
Deploy AI-enabled solutions for lead identification and enrichment.
Experiment with AI agents to prioritize leads and accounts.
Train BD teams on new tools and workflows.
Monitor usage and continuously improve systems based on feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience of working with tech tools to improve business processes.
Bonus points for prior systems implementation and experience with API integrations or no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Clay-type platforms), or for having a strong understanding of AI-powered sales or BD tools
Strong focus on scalability, simplicity, and usability.
Excellent business English communication skills (written and verbal).
Comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams.
