About the role
- Support learner recruitment and screening for a remote, employability training program
- Conduct outreach activities and events to source prospective applicants
- Support digital marketing efforts, activity on Generation United States social media channels, and data tracking
- Prepare for and conduct events for learner onboarding
- Manage digital recruitment platform and digital inbox, screening applicants
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in participant recruitment, marketing or outreach
- Strong relationship building skills and excellent communication skills
- Comfort with analyzing and utilizing data to inform operational decisions and learning new technology
- Experience in digital marketing or outreach, including content creation and social media management
- Experience in workforce development or other educational / training roles
- Experience working with a diverse set of beneficiaries
- Proficient with Canvas or similar LMS tools, Salesforce and Google Workspace
