Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support learner recruitment and screening for a remote, employability training program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years experience in participant recruitment, marketing or outreach

  • Comfort with analyzing and utilizing data to inform operational decisions and learning new technology
  • Experience in digital marketing or outreach, including content creation and social media management
  • Experience in workforce development or other educational / training roles
  • Experience working with a diverse set of beneficiaries
  • Proficient with Canvas or similar LMS tools, Salesforce and Google Workspace
