Requirements
- At least 4 years of operational or strategic experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team
- Strong relationship building and excellent communication skills
- Comfort with analyzing and utilizing data
- Experience recruiting learners at-scale preferred
- Proficient with Canvas, Salesforce, and Google Workspace preferred
